Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Despatch Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations at VeeSaa Foundry. The key responsibilities include maintaining workplace discipline, coordinating closely with the sales team to meet despatch targets, ensuring all products meet quality standards, and monitoring team performance to achieve goals.
This position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers. The monthly salary ranges from ₹14,00.00 to ₹20,00.00, with benefits such as provided meals and health insurance. A rotational shift schedule applies. Additional compensation includes overtime pay and a yearly bonus.
