Job Description
RSWINFO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Customer Associate / Customer Account Manager for our Digital Marketing Projects. Our office is located in Kasba, Kolkata, near Acropolis Mall.
Requirements:
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand and manage customer projects.
- Conduct weekly client meetings.
- Address queries and upsell services.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Website Development.
- 2-3 years of customer management experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- MBA candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹24,685.78 per month
