Job Description

Ancile Technologies Pvt Ltd, a logistics company based in Houston, Texas, is seeking Process Associates to join our team in Kolkata. This role is essential for managing our hiring program.

As a Process Associate (Non-Voice), you will:

• Work on job boards and manage listings.
• Screen candidates and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Engage in communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in international BPO.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.

Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00/month with benefits including health insurance and paid training.
