Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to manage and coordinate the vehicle delivery process at our Manjeri Showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for delivery, including cleaning and installing accessories.
• Ensure all sale documentation is delivered to customers.
• Explain vehicle features and technologies while addressing customer inquiries.
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate with service and sales teams for efficient processes.
• Manage demo vehicles availability for potential customers.
• Connect customers with the Service Department for additional offerings.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹150,00.00 per month
