Professional Qualifications:
- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent
- Additional qualifications such as LLB, CA, or MBA in Finance are a plus
Experience:
- 5-7 years in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with SEBI, ROC, and stock exchange compliances
- Proven ability to handle governance matters and meetings
