Job Description
BBP India Communications is seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Retail Trainer to enhance the skills and customer service capabilities of our retail staff. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training programs that improve employee performance and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Conduct in-store training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and assess staff performance.
- Create training materials and offer ongoing coaching.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
