Job Description
The objective of the Operations Intern role is to coordinate with customers and vendors to fulfill orders efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of services.
- Update real-time status on the dashboard.
- Interact regularly with customers and vendors.
- Proactively address any issues during the conversion process.
- Explain processes to customers when required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of any South Indian language is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Preferred education in Arts or Commerce.
