Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for a non-voice chat process. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess good communication skills.
Both male and female applicants are welcome. Freshers and experienced individuals can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications: 12th pass. Salary package ranges from ₹12,00 to ₹15,00 per month (CTC).
This position requires working from the office in Sector 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata, in rotational shifts, with 6 days of work per week.
Schedule includes morning, night, and rotational shifts. Language requirements: Fluent English (Required) and Hindi.
