Job Description

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: US Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from AT&T customers regarding billing, account management, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to telecom services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Accurately log call details and customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of telecom services.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
