Job Description
Kamath Electrical PVT LTD, a leading and rapidly growing Solar Multistate EPC vendor in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, is seeking a smart and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our Kochi Head Office Solar Division.
Qualifications: Any degree with knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PPT, and any billing software.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Respond promptly to customer communications.
- Provide accurate product information.
- Follow up on complaints and payments.
- Accurately log call details.
Job Details: Full-time, Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (In-person).
