Job Description
Balaji Grand Bazar is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Retail Promoter to represent our brand in retail outlets. The selected candidate will demonstrate product features, engage customers, and drive sales through in-store promotions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate products at designated retail outlets.
- Engage customers to explain product benefits and usage.
- Drive product visibility and monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred. 1-2 years retail sales experience or a fresher with strong communication skills.
