Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in telecalling or a customer service role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve inquiries.
• Explain product/service details and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records.
• Meet assigned targets while maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation: ₹10,00 to ₹25,00 per month + incentives.
