Job Description
Advait Techserve India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated US Process Executive to join our team. This role involves managing ATM applications, monitoring transactions, troubleshooting software issues, and coordinating with our development team for updates.
Key responsibilities include incident management, dispatching calls to the FLM team, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹10,027.60 – ₹20,00.00 per month based on experience. The working schedule includes day and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
