Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Documentation Executive for our office located at CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Job Description:
- Handle inquiries related to ocean freight rates, shipping schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Lines/VOA for loading confirmation and provide shipment updates.
- Raise invoicing and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Support client coordination for business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
