Job Description
Madathil Marketing Company is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Collection Officer is to recover outstanding debts from individuals or businesses. This role involves contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and implementing collection strategies while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
Key duties include maintaining accurate records of all interactions and payments. The position is full-time with a pay range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
Schedule: Day shift
Additional compensation includes performance bonuses.
