Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (KMBL) is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Valuation Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will analyze real estate securities, audit external vendor valuation reports, and monitor credit risks associated with the bank’s real estate portfolio.
We are looking for professionals with a BE in Civil Engineering or Architecture and 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate valuations. Familiarity with valuation methodologies, regulatory norms, and technical due diligence is essential.
