Job Description
Join Afra Engineers as a Customer Relation Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats. Your primary duties will include resolving complaints, providing support, maintaining customer records, and assisting in sales or retention efforts.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English and a regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
