Job Description
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to support our work order system and provide essential helpdesk assistance. The ideal candidate will respond to service requests via phone and email, assist the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely service delivery, and log tickets accurately into ServiceNow. Responsibilities include creating and managing work orders, directing hotline calls, maintaining an organized reception area, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues.
