Job Description
We are hiring a Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the civil services exam (UPSC) domain, ideally within a coaching or educational institute. Your main responsibilities include engaging with UPSC aspirants, providing detailed course information, and assisting in the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to inform UPSC aspirants about our courses.
- Resolve inbound queries related to civil services preparation.
- Maintain lead data and follow up with candidates.
- Provide counseling and motivate aspirants regarding exam strategies.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience, excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, and a basic understanding of the UPSC syllabus.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
