Job Description
We are Finsoft IT Solutions, seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will handle customer support and data entry tasks through email and chat—no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries, performing accurate data entry, and maintaining documentation while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate, good written English communication, basic computer knowledge, and ability to multitask. Experience in BPO/KPO is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹14,667.00 – ₹26,755.00 per month. Schedule: Day, Morning, or Night shifts. Work Location: In person.
