Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales planning and forecasting.
- Regularly meet with doctors to promote products.
- Oversee complete sales operations and achieve targets.
- Drive category penetration and create long-term sales plans.
- Build a motivated sales team creating a culture of achievement orientation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc / B Pharma / B Tech + MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 0-1 years experience.
- Prior experience in the pharma industry is a plus.
- Must have a two-wheeler and driving license.
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹30,00 per month
