Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Front Line Officers to join our team at Easify. This role involves:
- Working in Sales to visit channels and direct partners, sourcing home loan files and ensuring they proceed to the credit team for screening.
- Scanning the local market to identify potential customers.
- Customer acquisition and engagement through direct strategies and network connections.
- Receiving an attractive incentive structure based on target achievement, with incentives up to 75%.
- Candidates with insurance sales experience are highly valued.
This full-time position requires a drive for sales with shifts available in the morning and day. Proficiency in English is preferred.
