Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to oversee our two-wheeler training programs for women in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will handle trainer recruitment, ensure seamless operations, support both trainers and learners, and foster an empowering community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate training sessions.
- Be the primary contact for trainers’ operational needs.
- Assist learners by addressing queries and liaising with trainers.
- Oversee trainer recruitment and compliance checks.
- Manage logistics including venue and resources.
- Keep accurate records of sessions and feedback.
- Provide progress reports to leadership.

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
