Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹23,00 per month
PCM Worldwide Flights Pvt. Ltd. is seeking freshers with excellent communication skills to join our US travel chat support team. This non-voice position is perfect for those starting a career in the travel or BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat inquiries for flight bookings and travel support.
- Provide customers with quotes, booking status, and travel information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain accurate chat records.
Requirements:
- Strong written English skills and fast typing speed.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time).
