Job Description
We are seeking a talented India Call Center Operator to join our team at Amplifon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client retention and satisfaction through outbound and inbound calling. Your duties will include generating client visits and managing grievances to maintain our company’s reputation.
Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and proficiency in relevant computer programs. A bachelor’s degree is required. You will be expected to make around 150 calls daily, handle objections, and collaborate with our clinical and field teams.
