Job Description
Flash Tech Consulting is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Night Toolpusher to join our drilling operations team. This essential leadership role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in high-spec rigs and advanced rig control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night-shift drilling operations.
- Lead and mentor drill floor personnel.
- Manage and troubleshoot Amphion control systems.
- Maintain Top Drive systems per HSE standards.
- Provide daily reports and support complex operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,00.00 – ₹250,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund

Requirements
