Adissia Developers is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Presales Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and support the sales team to convert leads into bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Follow up with leads to schedule site visits.
• Provide project information and maintain lead databases.
• Support marketing initiatives and pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Real estate or Marketing preferred).
• 1-4 years in presales or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
