Job Description
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Agent to join The Everyday Bowl team. As the primary contact for our meal plan subscribers, you will manage preferences, address questions, resolve issues, and deliver a personalized experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing their subscription plans.
- Cooperate with teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in food or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
