Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Desk Executive at Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This is an L1 position requiring good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong email writing abilities.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and expertise in Windows 10, Windows 11, and remote support. Proficiency in domain joining, meeting setup (Teams, Google Meet), and MS Office applications is essential. Familiarity with ticketing tools for service and incident requests, as well as knowledge of printers, DNS, DHCP, subnet masks, gateways, and networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN) is required.
