Job Description
TOPLINK HYUNDAI is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Care Executives (CCE). You will play a crucial role in ensuring high customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to customers
- Successfully contact a minimum of 75 customers
- Provide 5-6 car service appointments per day
- Conduct service reminders and follow-ups
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Experience Required: 1 year of cold calling
Language Requirement: Hindi
