Job Description
Delectronis Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, addressing their queries, and nurturing positive client relationships.
Your key responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information. Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions is essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₹10,00.00 to ₹12,500.00. The work schedule is day shift, and knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred. This position requires in-person work at our office.
