Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team at the Indian Institute Of Commerce Lakshya. This role is essential for increasing business revenue through effective management of customer accounts and reporting via Management Information Systems (MIS).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain fee receivables data batch-wise.
- Ensure timely fee recovery with no overdue accounts.
- Inform parents about total fees and payment bifurcation.
- Accept multiple forms of payment: cash, cards, and cheques.
- Address customer inquiries regarding fee installments.
- Reconcile cash collections and fee receipts.
- Coordinate daily with the Team Lead and provide MIS.
- Process Petty Cash transactions at the Branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
