Job Description
A well-known Builder with multiple projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is seeking a Legal Professional (Advocate) with 5-7 years of active experience in the Real Estate/Builder sector.
Mandatory skills include proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi. Responsibilities involve:
- Property due diligence, title verification, and MOU drafting.
- RERA project registration and compliance updates.
- Customer flat registration, documentation, and legal matters.
- Society formation and compliance.
- Court proceedings and litigation coordination.
Location: Navi Mumbai | Working Days: 6 Days | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹600,00 – ₹700,00 per year
