Job Description
Protechsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Executive Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for executives and leaders. This role focuses on enhancing performance and organizational effectiveness through skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Needs Analysis to identify training gaps.
- Develop engaging curricula for workshops and online modules.
- Facilitate impactful training sessions.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide mentoring and coaching support.
Skills Required: Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; knowledge of adult learning principles.
