Job Description
Join Wipro’s Corporate Development team, where we focus on executing our global inorganic growth strategy through impactful acquisitions, investments, and divestitures. As an M&A Deal Associate, you will support Deal Managers in executing M&A deals from end to end, conduct market research for pipeline creation, and analyze competitive M&A activities.
We seek candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or Investment Banking, ideally with 2-3 completed deals. An MBA, PGDM, CA, or CFA qualification is preferred, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
