KRKS TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Service Writer. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer literacy and knowledge of office software programs. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with a strong record-keeping ability.
The role requires the ability to understand and communicate technical issues based on non-technical descriptions from customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,026.00 – ₹24,034.00 per month
Benefits include a Provident Fund and a Performance bonus. The work schedule is day shift and the position is in-person.
