Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Takeaway Supervisor to manage daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure efficiency. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies.
Your role will also involve managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Compliance with food safety regulations and effective marketing strategies to attract customers are essential. You will need to prepare performance reports and solve operational issues promptly.
