Job Description
About the Role:
Urban Company is seeking a proactive and driven Female Field Executive to support the on-ground hiring of service partners for a new priority category. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding women from local communities interested in service-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scout and hire women service providers in local neighborhoods.
- Explain partnership benefits and guide them through registration.
- Assist with onboarding and app training.
- Build rapport within communities for consistent hiring.
- Maintain daily hiring records and reports.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
- Comfortable with local travel.
- Good communication skills.
