Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team at Pranera Textiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting Labour, with a focus on North & South Indian Employees.
- Maintaining Leave and Absentees records.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in the Tirupur textiles field, and possess practical knowledge in recruitment. Proficiency in system operations is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund.
