Job Description
Join our team at Hyatt Regency Thrissur as a Tandoor Chef! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen, aligned with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. As a Tandoor Chef, you will supervise your section to prepare high-quality dishes and deliver courteous, professional service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a reputable hotel or restaurant. A background in luxury international brands is preferred.
