Job Description
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? City & Guilds Group is seeking a Service Delivery Executive to support the smooth operation of our End Point Assessment (EPA) service on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Your role will involve ensuring high-quality delivery of EPA services, maintaining data systems, and effective communication with stakeholders. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Our offices are located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and initial in-office presence is required for training. After this period, you can work from home as needed.
