Job Description
Location: Thrikkakara, Ernakulam
We are seeking an experienced Legal Officer to join Prabhu Steels. The successful candidate will manage legal matters, ensure compliance, and advise management on legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice on diverse business matters.
Requirements:
- LLB degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and labor laws.
Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹35,00 per month
