Job Description
Welcare Hospital is looking for a friendly and professional Call Center Executive to become a vital part of our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide essential information, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities include: answering incoming calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and maintaining records.
Qualifications: A preferred Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a call center or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
