Job Description
Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, is inviting applications for the position of Process Associate. We provide Level 1 and 2 Helpdesk support for Bosch and its global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Level 1 support for tools/applications and coordinating with stakeholders until resolution.
- Handling complaints and enquiries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and dispatching tickets to the appropriate technical solution group.
- Creating reports using MS Office tools and maintaining CRM records.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-6 years of experience and strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
