Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Hindi Process Specialist to join our team at Unidos Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
You will also be required to raise requests and complaints in our CRM tool, generate leads, and educate customers on new products and their benefits. Adherence to compliance guidelines and maintaining knowledge of products and processes is essential. You must meet sales targets while showcasing excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus.

Pay: Up to ₹370,00.00 per year
