Job Description
Join MIDAC DENTAL CENTRE as a Patient Relation Executive! In this role, you will greet and welcome patients in a friendly manner, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries via phone and email. You will assist new patients with registration, explain clinic policies, and coordinate with clinical staff for timely treatments.
Your responsibilities include collecting payments, addressing patient complaints with empathy, and maintaining an organized reception area. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month with a day shift schedule, working in person.
