Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1-2.2 years
Shift: Night Shift & 1 way cab will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Document interactions in the system and follow company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per year
