Job Description
AMALGAMATIONS REPCO LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to enhance our customer service team. The CRO will be responsible for forming and maintaining strong connections with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and complaints, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies for client retention and growth.
This is a full-time position suitable for freshers.
Salary: ₹19,641.21 – ₹39,721.23 per month, with benefits such as work from home options and the potential for performance bonuses.
Working hours include day and morning shifts. The position is in-person at our office location.
Requirements
