Job Description
Kovilakam Residency (P) Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Food provided
Schedule: Day, Morning, Night, and Rotational shifts available.
Experience: 1 year preferred. Work Location: In person.
