Job Description
We are urgently hiring 5 Female IT Recruiters for the night shift. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers looking to begin their career in recruitment and IT staffing. We provide training and ensure night safety with a company-arranged drop-off facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen resumes from job portals
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding
Requirements: Female candidates willing to work night shifts, with good communication skills and basic IT knowledge (training provided).
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00/month
